What are your delivery options?

We offer 4 different delivery options:
Standard $10.00 – This is standard shipping, it will usually take anywhere between 5-10 days within the continental USA. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
Discreet $15.00 – This option is double packaged and is shipped priority. Usually at the destination within 2-3 business days. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
Signature $20.00 – This option is double packaged, ships priority and requires a signature for delivery. This option is perfect if the package is being delivered to a high crime area. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.
Guaranteed $25.00 –This option is double packaged and is shipped priority. Usually at the destination within 2-3 business days. If this package is lost in transit we will reship 100% of the time no questions asked. A tracking number is automatically emailed once the label is scanned.

 

What service do you use for delivery?

USPS, upon request we can use other delivery services, however there will be an additional cost incurred.

 

Is there a guaranteed shipping option?

Yes! Not only is it guaranteed but it also ships priority!!
This option means we will replace your package if it is lost in transit and the USPS tracking reflects this. This option does not include if your package is stolen off your porch or from your mailbox. We offer a signature delivery option as well so please let us know and we can add that to your order.

 

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes. However, we do not provide delivery to countries that the U.S. has placed embargoes against.

 

Is there a guaranteed shipping option for international orders?

No.
All international orders are at your own risk. We will not replace, refund or warranty any seeds that do not make it.

 

I live in a sketchy neighborhood and packages get stolen

If you live in a bad area where people steal packages, we do offer a signature confirmation option. There will be a surcharge that will be attached to your order, but is extremely worth it. If your package is stolen there is no way for us to verify it since we can only reference the USPS tracking number so we cannot replace it.

 

How soon after my order is paid for is it shipped?

Generally, within 24-48 hours. If there is a pre-sale then it will take longer, but an estimated time frame will be expressed to you.

 

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed a tracking number. The email will be titled “FLS is sending you a package” Please search your email for any message that contains that phrase. If you are having trouble locating the tracking number please feel free to email us and we will gladly assist you.

 

What is your returns policy?

Refunds can be made up to the point where they are shipped. Once they are shipped no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. No exceptions.

 

How many seeds per pack?

Unless otherwise noted they are a minimum of 8 seeds per pack. If the seeds are feminized, they will be listed as (F), if they are auto flower they will be listed as (A). If they are regular or traditional photo period sensitive then they will be listed as (R).

 

Fraudulent Payment or Purchase?

Fault Line Seeds will exercise all powers available to protect itself, customers and community. We take acts of fraud extremely seriously.
